Privacy policy
This page explains what personal information we collect when you use hieutrades.com, why we collect it, and what your rights are. We have tried to write it in plain English.
Who we are
The website is run by OBM Mastermind Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17448013), trading as Orderflow Balance Method and OBM Mastermind. Our registered office is 124-128 City Road, London, England, EC1V 2NX. We are the "controller" of the information described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.

What we collect and why

Our legal reasons for using your information are: it is needed to take steps you asked for before a contract (your application and booking); it is needed to carry out a contract (the course or mentorship); we have a legitimate interest in running and improving our business, which we balance against your privacy; and we must keep some records by law (accounting).
Your rights
You can ask us to: show you the information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; restrict how we use it; stop using it for our legitimate interests; and give it to you in a portable format. To do any of these, email info@obmmastermind.com. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Children
Our content and services are for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change matters to how we use your information, we will make that clear on the site.
